About This Site

I created this site because I have a desire to help people live better and happier lives. Although Utopia is only a perception, I firmly believe we as individuals can – and should – strive to make a difference in our world, to make it better for all. It begins with you, and it begins with me. If we are happy, productive and “well,” we exercise influence over others whether we realize it or not. Although I am not a religious man, I have a devout belief in God and I believe we are all spiritual beings created in His image and likeness. Together we find the opportunities in every challenge. To this end I have created stephenmhannemann.com to share the bits of wisdom I have learned in my 25+ year career of being in business and being in front of people, and as a writer.

I will post every Wednesday: it may be an essay, a simple quote, a tidbit of wisdom or a political commentary. It may take the form of a story or sharing about one of my passions: writing, cooking or the shooting sports. Whatever form it takes, I invite you to visit regularly with an open mind, enjoy, learn and pass it on to others in the spirit of becoming better and making our world a better place. Always remember, each of us has the power to influence others and we do, every day.
